Delivery Service Managers are a daily point of contact for our customers. They’re there to help with ad-hoc queries, provide system advice and guidance, run functionality focused workshops and progress projects that a customer may want to pursue.

Our System Testers are key to our delivery programmes and make sure that the software we release is ready for the customer UAT teams to put it through its paces. They’ll manage the feedback and any re-testing until the software goes live in the operation.
