SYSTEM ENABLEMENT
Our System Testers are key to our delivery programmes and make sure that the software we release is ready for the customer UAT teams to put it through its paces. They’ll manage the feedback and any re-testing until the software goes live in the operation.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Our Product and Solution Managers are constantly reviewing emerging technologies and trends. Their primary objective being to ensure that we continue to use the best that’s available and continue to lead the way with our innovative software offerings.
SOLUTION SUPPORT
Our dedicated team of Help Desk staff have that difficult job of managing issues that are reported by our customers. They progress these issues internally with our development and infrastructure teams and manage the process from the beginning to final resolution.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
We offer standard and tailored courses and workshops over our full product portfolio. The trainers will devise a programme to reflect the end-user and operational needs that can be delivered on site, in the classroom and remotely.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
One thing we can guarantee is that our software developers never get bored. One week they’ll be working on a Driver app, the next week they’ll be adding a new KPI for the planners or enhancing a web order tracking facility for Customers.
